The customer was no longer satisfied with the previous IT service provider and was looking for a new IT partner to take care of the technological renovation and securing corporate data.

After a detailed site survey, we defined a priority plan with the customer. 

First of all, reclaiming and stabilizing the data network, the rack cabinet and the cabling.

In a second phase, we undertook a development journey that would guarantee business continuity, working both on securing the organization from external and internal threats and on guaranteeing the full functionality of the equipment.

The project included:

-the replacement of the previous firewall with a managed one.

-the renovation and expansion of the Wi-Fi network, including a cloud controller, for the safe and centralized management of the equipment.

-the implementation of a highly available server system for the provisioning of AAA services (authentication, authorization and accounting) and the activation of a local domain on Microsoft Active Directory.

-the supply of an advanced endpoint protection ​​solution for the uniform and centralized protection of workstations.

Finally, we implemented a proactive infrastructure monitoring and maintenance service for the continuous verification of the state of the systems and operating parameters, in order to protect company operations and prevent technical malfunctions.
